I didn’t start as a “fitness girl.” The gym came into my life at a time when I needed structure, confidence and something that was mine and over time it became much more than training.
Now Studio TLC exists to help other people find that too.
I know what it feels like to walk into a gym and feel out of place or like you don’t belong, and I never wanted this space to feel like that.
Qualifications:
Level 2: Exercise to music • Group training • Mental health first aid
Level 3: Personal training • Pre/postnatal exercise & nutrition
Level 4: RSPH nutrition
Additional training: Pilates • Pilates for pregnancy • Kettlebells • Boogie Bounce • Barre
Experience supporting clients with: Arthritis • Osteoporosis • Diabetes • Respiratory conditions
